We offer full-service interior design for new builds, renovations, and furnishing projects. From early concepts through final installation, our team manages every detail so your project moves seamlessly from vision to reality.

Our deliverables include inspiration and concept development, detailed drawings and renderings, finish and fixture selection, custom furniture, textiles, paint, and art. We gather and present samples, manage purchasing, coordinate with contractors and industry professionals, and oversee installation and styling. With a single point of accountability and clear communication throughout, our clients can trust that every detail is considered and expertly handled.

The best time to bring on an interior designer is earlier than most people think. Ideally, we’re involved at the very beginning—before major decisions are locked in. Early collaboration allows us to guide space planning, layouts, finishes, and budgets in a thoughtful, cohesive way, often saving time, money, and stress down the line.

That said, it’s never “too late.” A designer can help bring clarity, direction, and cohesion at any stage. Our role is to meet you where you are and help move your project forward with confidence.

Yes. We regularly collaborate with trusted contractors and industry professionals and can help assemble the right team for your project. From general contractors and architects to builders, artisans, and specialty trades, we coordinate closely to ensure everyone is aligned with the design vision and moving forward together.

If you already have a team in place, we’re equally happy to step in and collaborate. Our role is to act as a central point of coordination

Gina is closely involved in every project. She leads the creative direction, develops and reviews all designs, and attends key presentations to ensure the vision is clearly communicated and thoughtfully executed.

Gina also reviews on-site progress at important milestones and is fully hands-on during installation and styling. You’ll additionally work with the GRD design team to manage day-to-day coordination and details. It’s a full team effort.

Investment varies based on scope and level of finish. Factors such as construction versus furnishings-only projects, square footage, custom elements, and procurement needs all play a role in overall cost.

Our full-service design fee begins at $20,000, and most of our projects represent a total investment starting around $100,000. During our consultation, we’ll talk through your goals and provide guidance on what level of investment makes sense for your home and project.

Founded in 2012, Gina Rachelle Design is a woman- and Latina-owned, family-operated interior design studio led by Gina Gutierrez. Gina works closely alongside her brother, Dan Gutierrez, bringing a shared sense of trust, craftsmanship, and partnership to every project.
